Elevate Materials

At its core, Uber Elevate was a team of technologists who shared Joby's passion for bringing the dream of fast, quiet, and affordable air taxi service to passengers worldwide. Over several years they brought together an ecosystem of investors, aircraft designers, real estate developers, civic leaders, community partners, and many other stakeholders, both big and small, to advance this shared vision.

As well as publishing a formative white paper in 2016, they also brought the industry together for thought-provoking summits in 2018 and 2019.

Today we're proud to have welcomed the Elevate team to Joby, as part of an expanded partnership with Uber.
